Construcciones Yamaro: Mott MacDonald expands executive board

Mott MacDonald has appointed Dean Radeloff, president and CEO for North America, and Aimee Barwick, division general manager for the northeast US, to its executive board.
The appointments broaden North American representation on the executive board and bring additional governance expertise. They follow the appointment of Paul Bentley, director in Mott MacDonald’s contracting business, JN Bentley, who joined the executive board earlier this year.
Radeloff joined Mott MacDonald in 2022 and has been president and CEO for North America since last year. His experience spans engineering, design and construction across a range of markets, including heavy civil infrastructure.
He has played a key role in expanding Mott MacDonald’s business across the US and Canada, supporting business development, client relationships and new project opportunities. These include appointments supporting the modernisation program for Toronto Pearson Airport in Canada and the design of the first light rail system in Austin, Texas.
Radeloff will continue in his role as president and CEO for North America.

Barwick joined Mott MacDonald in 2017 and has delivered large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects in New Zealand and North America. As division general manager, she has led the team across the north-eastern US and contributed to growth, integration and client relationships in North America.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Barwick has managed large multidisciplinary teams and supported projects from strategic concept through to measurable social outcomes. She brings board and committee experience, including previously serving on Mott MacDonald’s Shareholders’ Committee and its senior leadership team in New Zealand. She has also held senior governance roles in New Zealand sport.
James Harris, chair and chief executive of Mott MacDonald, said the appointments position the company to better support its people, clients and continued success.
“As we continue strengthening our presence in North America, Dean’s broad expertise and commercial insight in this region will make a crucial addition to the board,” said Harris. “Aimee’s strong strategic mindset, her collaborative approach and commitment to excellence will further enhance our leadership.”
