In all the countries, the construction area is one of the most demanded areas and the one that generates the most revenue . Thus, it is one of the works that requires the most working force.  That is why it is important for enterprises to comply with a series of parameters in order to have their workers at their best performance and the objective of each project is achieved. In Venezuela, the working time must not exceed 8 hours per day. The additional time must be counted with extra revenue and must not exceed 10 hours per month, according to the Organic Work and Workers Law that has vigor since 2013.   The norm establishes other benefits that employees must enjoy; elements considered as inexorable in a boss-worker relationship .
