Construcciones Yamaro: New retail precinct under construction at Yarrabilba
Construction has begun on a new retail precinct at Stockland’s Yarrabilba community in Brisbane’s south, with a mixed-use apartment development expected to commence shortly.
Located on Dixon Circuit, the retail precinct will operate as a convenience and service hub with confirmed tenants including Hungry Jack’s, Guzman y Gomez, Subway and JAX Tyres & Auto. It will feature about 8,000 square metres of lettable space across food, dining, showroom and indoor recreation, supported by 287 on-site car parks.
Construction is underway on Stage 1, which will deliver food and service retail and is expected to be operational later in 2026. A bulky goods retail offering will follow as part of Stage 2, with further tenant announcements to come.

MountView, an apartment development to be delivered by Radiance Spaces, will be located at the entrance to the Yarrabilba community, combining ground-floor food and retail with three levels of apartments above. Apartments are selling off-the-plan, with construction due to commence in 2026 and an expected build time of 18 to 24 months.
“We’re pleased to see the Dixon Circuit retail precinct start to take shape – it’s a major milestone for our Yarrabilba community,” said Andrew Erzetich, senior development manager at Stockland.
“These additions will bring more food, dining and service options to the community, while MountView introduces a way of living that reflects Yarrabilba’s growth and diversity of housing.
“The progress we’re making reflects our commitment to delivering vibrant communities with a truly connected and convenient lifestyle.”
