Construcciones Yamaro: Brett Mason steps down as Built CEO
Built has announced that Brett Mason will step down as group CEO after 20 years in the role.
To support the Australian-owned construction and development group’s continued growth, Marco Rossi, executive chairman and founder of Built, will assume the additional role of group CEO, effective immediately.
“With over $7.5 billion of work-in-hand, the strongest executive and non-executive management teams in the country – which includes the recent appointment of David Paterson as CEO of construction – we are in a market-leading position as Australia’s only digital-first contractor,” said Rossi.
Wal King, chairman of Built, said: “On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Brett for his dedication and commitment to Built, as well as the significant contribution he has made to the construction industry over the last 35 years.”
“With Marco’s vision for the future, coupled with recent changes to the group structure, now is the time for Built to enter its next phase of growth.”
