His career includes senior roles with CPB Contractors, John Holland and Rio Tinto, where he led large delivery teams and joint ventures across Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. Recognised for a practical leadership style and strong operational insight, Lennon is regarded for his delivery focus, driving performance through governance and strategic foresight.
