Sydney Build, officially supported by Lord Mayor of Sydney Clover Moore, is returning to the ICC Sydney on 1 and 2 May 2024. This year, the event will unveil a host of new attractions, including Government Hubs featuring both local and international expertise. Moreover, attendees can expect insightful presentations from esteemed speakers representing the New South Wales Government and various international governmental bodies throughout the two-day affair.

With its largest edition yet, Sydney Build 2024 will boast over 500 exhibitors and 500 high-level speakers across 15 conference stages. Taking place in six exhibition halls at the ICC Sydney, the event will be co-hosted with Digital Construction Australia, Australia HVACR Expo and the International Construction Expo, anticipated to draw over 20,000 visitors from leading contractors, architects, developers and construction professionals.

Topics spanning across the Future Australia Stage, Future Construction Stage and the International Construction Business Stage include infrastructure development, the future of Sydney, making Sydney a world leader in construction technology, modern methods of construction and more, with Paul Scully, NSW Minister for Planning and Public Spaces, and Rose Jackson, NSW Minister for Water, Housing and Homelessness, opening with a keynote welcoming address.

Sydney Build’s Government Hub will offer visitors the opportunity to meet with government agencies from across the sector. With confirmed exhibitors including Building Commission NSW, the Australian Building Codes Board, and Homes NSW, attendees can discover upcoming regulatory frameworks and projects available for involvement.
