Construcciones Yamaro: Developer sought for Bradfield City’s Enterprise Precinct

The NSW Government has opened expressions of interest (EOI) for a development partner to deliver the first 6.7 hectares of Bradfield City’s Enterprise Precinct.
The precinct will be located alongside the Advanced Manufacturing Precinct, within walking distance of the new Bradfield Metro Station, City Precinct and planned two-hectare Central Park.
It is expected to accommodate businesses across advanced manufacturing, construction innovation, aerospace, semiconductor technology, clean technology, freight and logistics, defence, education and research.
The EOI process will identify an experienced development partner to deliver the initial stage, with a further seven hectares potentially available following its completion.

NSW Minister for Planning and Public Spaces Paul Scully said interest from prospective businesses demonstrated demand for space in the developing city.
“Bradfield City is well on its way to becoming a thriving hub for jobs, industry and innovation, and the Enterprise Precinct is a critical part of that vision,” he said.
“We’re now looking for an experienced development partner to turn that demand into a thriving Enterprise Precinct where businesses of all sizes can establish, grow and create jobs.”
The announcement follows several development milestones at Bradfield City, including the completion of the first stage of civil and enabling works, which has made more than a third of the city development-ready.
A development agreement has been finalised with Plenary for the first Superlot, while plans are progressing for a new food and beverage destination in the City Precinct, scheduled to open in 2028.
The First Building, housing the Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility, has opened, construction of the Second Building has commenced and the two-hectare Central Park has received planning approval.
The Enterprise Precinct forms part of the NSW Government’s long-term vision for Bradfield City, which aims to accommodate 20,000 jobs and 10,000 homes.
