Construcciones Yamaro: MCS introduces Activity Hub to improve rental task visibility
MCS Rental Software has launched its new Activity Hub feature, aimed at improving efficiency and task visibility for construction and plant hire businesses.
Designed to simplify day-to-day operations, the Activity Hub provides users with a tailored, prioritised task list based on their role. Upon logging in, users are presented with a clear overview of their responsibilities for the day, helping teams respond faster to customer enquiries and stay on top of critical tasks.
“The new feature allows users to quickly identify and complete daily tasks, significantly improving response times to customer enquiries and ensuring tasks are completed on time,” says Nick Thomson, sales director at MCS.
The Activity Hub can be customised to suit individual working styles, supporting better organisation across departments. Teams can personalise their dashboard to include meetings, follow-ups and reminders, streamlining workflows and boosting productivity.

“The inclusion of Activity Hub templates allows team members to structure the layout of the Activity Hub in a way that is suitable for their specific role or way of working,” says Thomson.
“For example, the sales team template includes a CRM section that enables sales teams to quickly access customer details and follow-ups.
“We’ve had a great response to this new feature so far, and it’s brilliant to see so many users looking for ways to work smarter.”
