Yamaro and its social commitment

Yamaro is a Venezuelan company dedicated to the building industry. Its CEO is Armando Lachini. Yamaro is committed to Venezuelan talent.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) refers to practices carried out by companies committed to benefit society. It involves many practices, but its main goal is to show the values that make up an enterprise committed to the development of society. Companies must focus not only on their products and services but also on people’s needs and on the planet.
Many companies from different industries in Venezuela have benefited the country through  social works. In the building industry, the enterprise Yamaro Constructions stands out not only for its excellent services but also for its initiative in supporting the Venezuelan talent.

Yamaro Constructions is an enterprise dedicated to the roadway constructions. Its CEO is Armando Lachini, an entrepreneur who believe in the Venezuelan talent. The purpose of Yamaro is to offer quality and innovation in the construction of Venezuelan infrastructure. Its mission is to become the first building company in Venezuela by offering excellence, quality, and innovation in their projects.

The company was founded by Pasquale Iachini and  Alfonzo Marrozzitwo young emigrants who found their future in Venezuela. Yamaro Constructions was officially founded in 1969 and it began to grow. So far it has a headquarters in Caracas and other in Barquisimeto.

An important social contribution made by Yamaro was the support given to the Venezuelan athlete Noel Camacho, who represented the country in June 2016 in a sport competition carried out in Portugal and Spain.

 Armando Lachini pointed out that Camacho had been working for more than 10 years as a waiter in a restaurant in Caracas. Every day, he wakes up dreaming of obtaining important athletic achievements for Venezuela. This is why Yamaro had no doubts in supporting the athlete.

Yamaro also supports the arts. It financed a sculpture made by the Venezuelan artist Nidia del Moral. The piece is located in Barquisimeto. These contributions made by Yamaro is part of its corporate sociaresponsibilityty with Venezuela, which shows the company is truly commited to the social development.
