  • Carry out geological, geotechnical and hydrogeological surveys.
  • Establish safeguard zones with clear markings.
  • Install ventilation systems, drainage, lighting and adequate communication.
  • Do not expose the worker continuously in these spaces.
  • Inform workers about procedures to avoid landslides or ground failures. Also try to report procedures if these situations occur.
