Construcciones Yamaro: BESIX Watpac relocates NSW HQ to 210 George Street
BESIX Watpac has announced the relocation of its New South Wales office to the award-winning Poly Centre located at Circular Quay in Sydney.
The Poly Centre, a 25-storey commercial tower at 210 George Street, was designed by Grimshaw Architects and delivered by BESIX Watpac.
BESIX Watpac NSW general manager Peter Furlong said the Poly Centre building is in the heart of Sydney’s Circular Quay precinct, which provides an ideal new home for the NSW team.
“The delivery and success of this project perfectly aligns with our core strengths in providing complex engineering solutions along with purpose-driven design outcomes,” said Furlong. “This relocation marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey, coinciding with our 40th year of operations in Australia.”

The Poly Centre is a PCA Grade A building with clear floor plates, making it pivotal in the ongoing transformation of Sydney’s Circular Quay precinct.
