The La Mer tower at Main Beach is set to launch to market this week, marking a significant milestone in the Gold Coast’s property market. This $140 million, 27-storey development is being delivered by developer ODUS in partnership with builder Nazero, with completion expected in late 2026.

Located at 3580 Main Beach Parade, just 68 steps from the beach, La Mer occupies a 751-square-metre site acquired in May. Construction began in July 2024.

Designed by Plus Architecture, La Mer will offer 22 three-bedroom apartments, each featuring a multipurpose room and spanning 300 square metres. At the pinnacle of the development will be a two-storey penthouse, covering 600 square metres, which will be released to market at a later date.

Residents will have exclusive access to premium amenities, including a resort-style pool, spa, gym, sauna, barbecue facilities, private sun lounges, a yoga lawn and an outdoor beach shower.

Registrations of interest for the first five apartments are open this week, with prices starting at $3.9 million.

According to ODUS director Byron Sakha, the design of each apartment provides house-sized proportions, paired with breathtaking views. “Demand continues to outstrip supply for ultra-luxury apartments on the Gold Coast, and the rare full-floor design will make these residences particularly prized,” he said.

“We’ve elevated every aspect of the development, enhancing its stunning sculptural design, expansive ocean-view balconies, and elegant interiors to create a truly exceptional living experience. The refined layouts now make better use of the panoramic views, while upgraded finishes feature luxurious natural stone and premium Gaggenau appliances.”

Each apartment boasts private lift access to its own lobby, while the site is bordered by parkland, ensuring a high level of privacy with only one neighbour on the side.

With funding secured, ODUS and Nazero are driving the project forward, ensuring La Mer remains on track for its scheduled completion.
