As billions of dollars flow into the renewable energy transition, the Property Council of Australia and Procore are teaming up on an exciting research project to explore key questions for the property and energy sectors.

Buildings are increasingly becoming power plants, new partnerships are forming, new income streams are being discovered, and the relationship between customers and utilities is being reimagined.

But where do the biggest sources of value lie? What does innovation look like today? Where is the trendline pointing tomorrow? And what policy, technology or skills gaps need to be closed?

A new survey has been launched to spark fresh conversations and spur investment in Australia’s renewable energy future. Survey feedback will help identify trends, challenges and opportunities to build future-ready ecosystems.

Survey participants will:

  • Gain early access to key insights and best examples of leadership;
  • Contribute to knowledge supporting Australia’s renewable energy transition;
  • Inform advocacy efforts and educational offerings in both industries; and
  • Access a network of engaged property and energy companies embracing the energy superpower opportunity.

According to Procore, feedback from the survey is crucial to the collective mission of reducing carbon emissions, achieving net zero goals and optimising renewable energy opportunities in Australia and beyond.

Survey participants will also have the chance to be one of five lucky winners to receive a $500 Visa gift card.
