Armando Iachini: What is The Relationship Between a Contractor and a Sub-Contractor?

Yamaro starts its development in Venezuela as a sub-contractor.

The enterprise that signed contracts to make part or the totality of the obligations of the contract of a third party or to finish a general project financed by the services given by the contractor.

That is how a sub-contractor in construction and civil engineering projects is related to a vast variety of services. Nowadays, it can operate in the areas of technology of the information and of information businesses.

Furthermore, hiring sub-contractors has the advantage of cost reduction and even risks related to the project. Sub-contractors offer special services in certain areas according to the investments of the contractor.

Thus, the general contractor receives a series of specialized services that reduce the costs of their projects and the sub-contractor obtains ratability without touching its budget.

This is the relationship of the contractor and the sub-contractor and vice-versa. It is a matter of reciprocity in which everyone wins. This is a healthy relationship in Italy and Venezuela; the new and old worlds.

This reciprocity is related to the exchange of goods and work made between the contractor and the sub-contractor. This is out of the free market system in which we need a certain budget to get a service.

This was the story of Yamaro constructions. We assumed the engagement of giving an specialized service to construct things in which we find: moving land, structures, construction, air conditioning systems, plumbing, paving, garden, among many others. We are engaged to keep up with the project with a special design to the contractor.

This was its working dynamic at the beginning. When it had the budget, it became the contractor of its constructions and thus it earned the prestige it bears nowadays.
